Just email the following information for any bookings: • Name(s) & Job Title(s) • Email address(es) • Address(es) to send the Notes Pack(s) (usually sending to a home address is requested!) • PO Number (which can follow later).

Please Note

If you have a problem with online booking or simply find it more covenient to send an email with the information requested above rather than using this online Form, then this will also be acceptable.

Either way you should always receive an Acknowledgement Email within 48 hours of making the booking. If not, please check with us so that we can confirm that the Booking Form has been received. You will be invoiced for the Booking Fee - you do not need to send payment when booking.

Booking Terms & Conditions

You will be invoiced for the Booking Fee - you do not need to send payment when booking. Optional payment by Credit Card is available at time of booking. Cancellations received in writing within 10 days of the Workshop date, or non-arrival, will be charged at the full registration fee. Cancellations received in writing within 11-28 days of the Workshop will incur an administration charge of 35% of the fee above. Substitutes may attend on the day without prior notice. A copy of the full Terms & Conditions is available from Zebra Promotions on request.
